Once you’ve contacted us, we will arrange for a gentle and dignified collection of your pet from your home, veterinary practice, or location of your choice. Our professional and empathetic team will ensure your beloved pet is treated with the utmost care during transportation, using only safe, secure, and clean methods to maintain their dignity.

After the cremation, we will return your pet's ashes to you within 24 hours, securely packaged in biodegradable, eco-friendly hessian bags, or in a memorial urn of your choice. Whether you choose delivery to your home or another location, we make it our priority to handle every detail with compassion and respect, providing you with comfort and reassurance throughout the entire process.

We understand how sensitive this time is and are committed to making your pet's final journey as peaceful as possible.

The collection service is charged a  rate of £2 per mile.
