Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between individual and communal cremation?
In an individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone, and you receive their ashes within 24 hours. With a communal cremation, up to six pets are cremated together, and no ashes are returned. Both options are handled with the utmost respect and care.
How soon will I get my pet's ashes back?
For individual cremations, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you within 24 hours. We take every measure to ensure a prompt and respectful process.
Can I choose what to do with my pet’s ashes?
Absolutely. You can choose to keep your pet’s ashes in a memorial urn, scatter them in a special location, or even incorporate them into jewellery. We are happy to guide you through your options to find what feels most meaningful to you.
Do you offer eco-friendly options?
Yes! We are committed to sustainability. We return ashes in biodegradable, hessian packaging, and for every pet we cremate, we plant a tree in their memory to support reforestation efforts.
How does your pet collection and delivery service work?
We arrange a compassionate and dignified collection of your pet from your home or vet clinic. After the cremation, we return your pet’s ashes to you within 24 hours, ensuring a seamless, respectful process.
Can I be present for the cremation?
We understand how important closure can be. While we do not currently offer on-site witness cremations, we take every step to ensure you feel confident that your pet is treated with the utmost care.

What happens if I can't make a decision right away?
