You may choose to:

Scatter their ashes, in a favourite spot where they loved to play, walk, or rest, returning them to a place full of cherished memories.

Keep the ashes in a memorial urn, allowing you to create a peaceful space at home where you can feel their presence close to you.

Bury the ashes, in your garden, planting a tree or flowers to create a living tribute in their honour.

Have the ashes incorporated into memorial jewellery, so you can carry a part of them with you wherever you go.

Whatever your decision, we are here to support you through this emotional time and ensure your pet’s final journey is as meaningful and personal as your life together.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between individual and communal cremation?

In an individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone, and you receive their ashes within 24 hours. With a communal cremation, up to six pets are cremated together, and no ashes are returned. Both options are handled with the utmost respect and care.

How soon will I get my pet's ashes back?
For individual cremations, your pet’s ashes will be returned to you within 24 hours. We take every measure to ensure a prompt and respectful process.

Can I choose what to do with my pet’s ashes?

Absolutely. You can choose to keep your pet’s ashes in a memorial urn, scatter them in a special location, or even incorporate them into jewellery. We are happy to guide you through your options to find what feels most meaningful to you.

Do you offer eco-friendly options?

Yes! We are committed to sustainability. We return ashes in biodegradable, hessian packaging, and for every pet we cremate, we plant a tree in their memory to support reforestation efforts.

How does your pet collection and delivery service work?

We arrange a compassionate and dignified collection of your pet from your home or vet clinic. After the cremation, we return your pet’s ashes to you within 24 hours, ensuring a seamless, respectful process.

Can I be present for the cremation?

We understand how important closure can be. While we do not currently offer on-site witness cremations, we take every step to ensure you feel confident that your pet is treated with the utmost care.

What happens if I can't make a decision right away?

We understand that saying goodbye is difficult. You don’t have to make any immediate decisions. Take the time you need, and we’ll be here to support you when you’re ready to move forward.
